Destination Orminge is a collection of recordings composed and hand-picked by the danish saxophonist Marius Zeeberg. The EP is a result of an afternoons hang in the metropole of Orminge, the coming resting place of future legend Jonas Kullhammar.
Springlåt Från Torsplan was one of many compositions written for a project celebrating chordlessness. This team of musicians and friends got put together for the yearly New Sound Made Festival at KMH in Stockholm. The ensemble later took on the name EMWI-Experience, as an homage to initials.
An original arrangement and rendition of the song Rose Blanche (Aristide Bruant), later made famous by Yves Montand.
The alternate title is "Rue Saint-Vincent" which, if said in Swedish, sounds a bit like "Ta Springnotan". In English, "dine and dash" or "eat it and street it".
